You will own your portfolio of accounts and act as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring campaigns deliver against objectives while identifying opportunities to expand the value LoopMe provides. You will report to a Director, Account Management and partner closely with Sales, Campaign Operations, Product, Data Science, and other specialist teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term growth.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage day-to-day relationships across your active account portfolio\nOwn campaign delivery, ensuring performance aligns with client objectives\nProvide strategic insights, campaign analysis, and recommendations to clients\nIdentify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities using campaign results\nPartner with Sales and Account Leads on retention and account growth initiatives\nLead campaign kick-off calls and post-campaign reviews\nCoordinate campaign project management with Campaign Operations and Creative Services\nEscalate client needs - product gaps, supply issues, third-party partnership requests - to the Director of Account Management\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll bring\nEssential:\n2-3+ years in a client services role within digital advertising\nDemonstrated success in client retention and account growth\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills\nStrong attention to detail with interest in campaign analytics\nStrong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nNice to have:\nExperience managing programmatic revenue (e.g. agency trading desk, DSP, or SSP)\nFamiliarity with ad agency organization and workflows\nExposure to ad operations and troubleshooting\nExperience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)\nBenefits\nBenefits\nWhat we offer\nHybrid working - Tues-Thurs in our Chicago office\nSelf-managed vacation (no maximum)\n1 month work-from-anywhere\nHealthcare\n401k\nSummer Fridays (half-day Fridays, Memorial Day through Labor Day)\nLoopMe Gives Back\nLearning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles\nCompensation\n$70,000 - $80000\nThe range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
