Senior Product Marketing Manager- B2B

Loora is on a mission to revolutionize education and break down language barriers with its

cutting-edge AI, building the first-ever personal AI English tutor. Loora offers its users an AI

tutor that is always available to talk about whatever they want, give immediate feedback on

English skills, and guide them on their journey to fluency.

As we scale Loora’s B2B business, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how Loora enters, positions, and grows in the B2B market.

The Role

You will own positioning, ICP, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, pricing; packaging insights, and GTM strategy. You’ll work closely with the B2B GM, Product, Sales and Marketing to turn customer insights into a clear market strategy and a repeatable commercial motion.

This is a build-from-zero role: you’ll create the playbook rather than inherit one.

What You’ll Own

• Define Loora’s B2B positioning, messaging, category narrative, and differentiation.

• Build and refine the ICP, target segments, personas, and use cases.

• Conduct customer and market research and translate insights into GTM priorities.

• Build the first sales enablement foundation - pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, discovery frameworks, case studies, and ROI messaging.

• Lead competitive intelligence and pricing and packaging research.

• Turn pilot and customer results into compelling proof points and commercial insights.

• Lead GTM plans and launches for new B2B products and capabilities.

• Build the processes and foundation for the Product Marketing function, eventually growing the team.

What We׳re Looking For

• 6-8 years in Product Marketing, GTM, or a related role, with strong B2B SaaS/ AI experience.

• Proven experience in positioning, messaging, ICP, sales enablement, and GTM strategy.

• Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise buying processes.

• Experience launching products or entering new markets globally.

• Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.

• Native-level English proficiency- exceptional spoken and written English is essential

• Strong commercial mindset and ability to connect customer insights to business impact.

• Strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on and comfortable building from scratch.
