You will own the UA strategy, budget, and channel mix to build high-converting web quiz funnels that drive quality users into the mobile app. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility across web funnels and paid performance channels, cross-functional ownership and a direct line to the company’s growth trajectory.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nRun and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen etc) and other paid channels with a focus on revenue-based goals.\n\nDefine and lead the company’s Web2App strategy optimizing quiz-based funnels to drive high-intent users into the app.\n\nAnalyze funnel performance end-to-end to identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks.\n\nManage $1M+ monthly budgets, optimizing for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.\n\nCollaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ideate, test, and launch growth experiments quickly.\n\nIntroduce new ideas, tools, and approaches to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.\nRequirements:\n\n4-6 years of hands-on User Acquisition / Performance Marketing experience, with strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen) and Web2App funnels.\n\nProven success managing $1M+ monthly budgets with strong ROAS for subscription-based products.\n\nDeep understanding of web funnels and Web2App conversion flows- advantage\n\nData-fluent: experienced with AppsFlyer (or similar MMP), GA4 and BI tools.\n\nAI-savvy, comfortable with AI tools and utilizes them in your day to day\n\nHands-on, curious, and comfortable taking bold bets and learning fast.
