This includes reporting hazards, incidents, and non-conformances in line with Loram organisational requirements. \nLeadership & Talent Development\nResponsible for the day-to-day supervision of staff and their safety, ensuring team members are working following Loram UK’s environmental and COSHH policies and procedures.\nResponsible for the productivity of the shift; ensuring that production output and service provision targets are met.\nAccurately interpret drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.\nTo provide first-line leadership, guidance and support for team members.\nProvide shift support as required.\nDeputise for supervisors and any other ad-hoc duties as required.\n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation:\nGCSE Maths & English Grade C/4 (or equivalent).\nNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in relevant subject.\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar/relevant Traction & Rolling Stock engineering environment.\nMinimum 1 years’ experience supervising or managing teams.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nTo work towards and be assessed as competent in relevant/appropriate Loram UK competence management modules or equivalent\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation:\nRecognised Train the Trainer/Assessor Qualification (holds or is willing to work towards).\n Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLoram is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and respectful workplace.
