This includes reporting hazards, incidents, and non-conformances in line with Loram organisational requirements. \nParticipate in competency assessment programs as required.\nRecording full, complete and accurate details of work performed.\nStrategic and Functional Processes\nAchieve required levels of productivity, quality and delivery.\nWork at remote locations as required.\nProvide on-call support as required.\n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation:\nGCSE Maths & English Grade C/4 (or equivalent).\nNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in relevant mechanical/technical subject.\nExperience:\nMinimum 6 months experience in a similar/relevant Traction & Rolling Stock engineering environment.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation:\nRecognised Train the Trainer/Assessor Qualification (holds or is willing to work towards).\nExperience:\nTo hold/be assessment as competent in relevant/appropriate Loram UK competence management modules or equivalent.\n Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLoram is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and respectful workplace.
