Your responsibilities include coordinating with the banquet team, managing event setups, and maintaining the high standards of Kimpton de Witt in general.\nThis position is highly hands-on, requiring constant movement throughout the day. While you'll still engage in regular meetings, briefings, and email correspondence, the majority of your time will be spent actively engaging with guests and your team. Thus, maintaining physical fitness is essential to effectively carry out your responsibilities.\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead briefings/handovers to ensure all team members are informed and prepared for the day's activities.\n\nTake orders from guests and proactively upsell menu items or promotions.\n\nManage stock requests, including ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies as needed.\n\nHandle cash handling procedures, including closing payments and depositing received funds.\n\nMotivate and support team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.\n\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum of 6 months in a similar environment.\n\nCapable of working a full shift on the floor and performing physically demanding tasks.\n\nAble to assist in different R&B outlets and other hotel departments when necessary.\n\nProficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.\n\nWilling to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in at least one other language, both spoken and written.\n\nWe offer a competitive salary,
