With this, we are looking to add a Head Bartender to the team to really take us to the next level!\nAs Head Bartender, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the bar, inspiring and developing your team, and ensuring every drink and every guest experience reflects the high standards of Sea Containers Restaurant.\nThe Head Bartender works closely with the restaurant management team to drive performance, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to the continued success of our beverage programme.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing bar team.\n\nDeliver exceptional guest experiences with confidence and personality.\n\nMaintain consistently high standards of cocktail preparation, presentation, and service.\n\nManage stock control, ordering, and inventory to minimise waste and maximise profitability.\n\nCreate staff training programmes and support the development of junior bartenders.\n\nEnsure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations.\n\nWork collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.\n\nContribute ideas for seasonal cocktails, menu development, and special events.\n\nWe're Looking For\nPrevious experience as a Head Bartender, Bar Manager, or Senior Bartender in a premium hospitality environment.\n\nStrong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.\n\nExtensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and premium beverages.\n\nExcellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\nA positive, hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.\n\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\nSalary: £13.91 p/h + service charge (extremely competitive) + benefits\nAt Sea Containers London we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
