You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet Sea Containers London’s luxury standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, including room attendants and public area attendants\n\nInspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are met\n\nSupport with team training, coaching, and performance monitoring\n\nAllocate daily tasks and manage productivity to meet operational demands\n\nIdentify maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering team for prompt resolution\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards\n\nAssist with stock control, linen management, and ordering supplies\n\nAct as a key point of contact for housekeeping-related guest requests and resolve issues efficiently\n\nSalary: £32,278 p/a + service charge, plus benefits\nAt Sea Containers London we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
