With this, we are looking to add a Restaurant Host to the team to really take us to the next level!\nThe Restaurant Host/Hostess\nAs the Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the restaurant. The Host/Hostess plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate Exceptional First Impressions by delivering a warm welcome, managing reservations and guest arrivals, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience from the moment they arrive.\nDrive a Smooth & Vibrant Service Flow by coordinating seating plans, balancing reservations and walk-ins, and working closely with the restaurant team to maximise efficiency during busy service periods.\nBuild Meaningful Guest Connections through personalised interactions, accommodating special requests, resolving concerns, and sharing information about menus, events, and promotions.\nBe the Communication Hub between front and back of house teams, ensuring guest feedback, special requests, and operational updates are communicated effectively.\nChampion the Guest Experience by maintaining an inviting reception area, promoting special offers and events, and supporting the team with table resets and operational tasks whenever needed.\nSalary: £12.71 p/h + very competitive service charge\nAt Sea Containers London we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
