You will gain hands-on experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and content creation, contributing directly to the success of our brands.\nSocial Media Management: Assist in the daily management of social media channels for Garnier & Mixa in Romania, creating engaging content and responding to comments and messages.\nInfluencer Marketing: Support the identification, selection, and management of influencers, helping to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.\nContent Creation: Contribute to the creation of high-quality social media content, including copywriting, image selection, and video editing.\n Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights.\nTrend Analysis: Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and engagement.\nWe Are Looking For\nThe ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to learn and a professional drive. They are passionate about the marketing/digital industry and its best practices, demonstrating curiosity and a commitment to growth. They are a highly effective collaborator, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with comfort in a deadline-driven environment. A good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms are required. The candidate should also demonstrate an interest in TikTok & Instagram beauty trends and campaigns.
