A Day in the Life
You drive retail excellence and commercial performance across assigned counters and boutiques. You bridge head-office strategy with front-line execution, coaching counter teams and collaborating closely with department store partners.
- Steer retail sales performance across multiple doors, setting clear targets and tracking daily sell-out KPIs to deliver sustainable commercial growth.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill a team of Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers, cultivating elevated client experiences and high service standards.
- Partner with department store managers and retail operations to secure optimal space, visual merchandising compliance, and high-impact launch animations.
- Analyse counter traffic, conversion rates, and stock levels to optimise product availability and streamline inventory replenishment.
- Navigate high-traffic retail cycles, campaign launches, and regular field visits across Bangkok, troubleshooting operational roadblocks directly on the retail floor.
We Are Looking For
You bring commercial acumen, authentic leadership on the retail floor, and a collaborative approach to solving daily store challenges. You bring:
- Retail & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of steering sell-out performance, tracking commercial KPIs, and driving counter productivity in selective retail or luxury environments.
- Team Leadership & People Development: Ability to motivate, coach, and elevate field teams, fostering high engagement and accountability among frontline beauty advisors.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal capability to build constructive relationships with retail partners, floor managers, and cross-functional brand teams.
- Operational Excellence: Skilled at managing inventory planning, visual merchandising execution, and retail animation timelines with high precision.
- Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English alongside fluent Thai to communicate smoothly across local retail teams and regional stakeholders.
