Reporting to the CISO Office & Transformation Lead, your mission is to serve as a strategic partner to the Group CISO, driving governance, performance, and cyber resilience.\nFrame cybersecurity priorities, strategic initiatives, and executive communications for the Group CISO.\nShape and implement the cybersecurity strategy, addressing key topics such as AI, cyber resilience, and the evolving threat landscape.\nDevelop high-level position papers, executive briefings, and presentations for the Group CISO and Group CIO to present to the Executive Committee (ComEx) and the Board.\nSteer the Cybersecurity Portfolio and Roadmap, tracking core IT operating model delivery and digitalised processes.\nDrive change management and new ways of working across the organisation, with a dedicated focus on embedding AI in cybersecurity.\nAnimate the global cybersecurity community through targeted training, development, and team engagement initiatives.\nWe Are Looking For\nYou bring curiosity, strategic clarity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to translate complex challenges into clear business direction.
