In this accelerated commercial track, you'll step directly into portfolio ownership, steering key retailer partnerships across our brand divisions.\nDrive Strategic Growth: Take full ownership of a key account portfolio, leading the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans to drive revenue and optimize profitability.\nLead Commercial Negotiations: Steer high-stakes negotiations on trading terms, promotional spend, and category growth initiatives to secure a strong return on investment.\nLeverage Market Insights: Utilise your industry experience to analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying new commercial opportunities and informing brand strategy.\nLead and Mentor: Act as a peer mentor for other trainees, championing a high-performance culture and leading cross-functional projects that pioneer new sales processes.\nWe Are Looking For\nYou bring commercial clarity, retail acumen, and the ambition to lead major customer accounts in beauty retail.
