With opportunities across brands, markets, and divisions, your growth knows no boundaries.\nDemand and Supply Planner\nRole purpose\nBalance customer demand with supply capacity to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support efficient operations.\nKey responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end supply and demand planning for an assigned product portfolio, generating an 18-month rolling forecast by integrating statistical historical data and market intelligence from sales and marketing teams.\nManage the weekly factory replenishment orders to guarantee optimal product availability while ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints, service level metrics, and end-of-life portfolio management.\nLead the monthly Sales & Operations process for your portfolio, acting as the central anchor to align forecast plans and identify future risks.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse teams to manage inventory budget and coordinate incoming logistical capacity.\nMaintain planning data and ensure the accuracy of relevant systems and master data.\nIdentify opportunities to improve planning processes, tools, and ways of working.\nQualifications and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related supply-chain role.\nProficiency with Excel and planning or ERP systems;
