Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.\nA Day in the Life\nYou will lead the commercial and affiliate acceleration across social commerce platforms-including TikTok Shop-for our professional brands: L’Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, and Matrix. Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you will turn social engagement and creator partnerships into sustainable business growth.\nLead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key platform partners, setting commercial terms, sales targets, and channel investment priorities.\nDesign and execute promotional calendars across social channels, monitoring revenue, market share, and conversion metrics.\nSteer affiliate strategies and relationships with creator networks, agencies, and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) to scale advocacy and conversions.\nPartner transversally with E-Marketing and Brand teams to align live streaming, merchandising, and paid media activations with brand standards.\nCollaborate with Operations and Customer Care to secure product availability, rapid dispatch, and an elevated after-sales experience.\nAnalyse consumer journey data and platform performance to identify emerging commercial opportunities.\nWe Are Looking For\nYou bring commercial drive, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a clear understanding of social commerce dynamics.
