Overtime must be approved by your manager.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nInclude the following (but not limited to):\nMust be able to operate powered material handling equipment (standing Stock Picker forklift) safely.\nIndividual will be certified in use of equipment.\nMust be able to meet department productivity KPI standards.\nMotivates others when change occurs to obtain positive results.\nMust be able to lift 40 lbs. on a continual basis.\nAttention to detail is a must, incoming orders must be received and put-away in a timely manner (48 hour window).\nAdditionally, the receiving department also handles replenishment of stock from bulk bins to primary locations.\nGood work ethics and ability to interface effectively with others in the company.\nAll work areas must be kept clean and free of debris. \nIndividual may be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).\nMust be able to read and write English\nAbility to learn to use computer and radio frequency devices (RF gun).\nMust be forklift certified and be able to use an order picker (train).\nMust be reliable and on-time to work each day. \nAbility to work with others in a fast-paced team environment.\nEmployee is required to stand up to 8 hours per day on the forklift. Saturday work is 6 hours in duration and is usually scheduled 2 per month.\nTo perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
