Reporting to the Packaging team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Operations.\nAssist in laboratory testing, filling trials, and component evaluations for new packaging across our brand portfolio.\nContribute to 'L'Oréal for the Future' sustainability milestones by evaluating biobased packaging materials and recyclable solutions alongside partners such as Albéa.\nSupport the team in resolving operational packaging defects and identifying viable technical alternatives.\nParticipate in value analysis projects and cost-optimisation initiatives to enhance component efficiency.\nHelp prepare technical launch documentation, connecting with teams across Operations' 7 métiers.\nWe Are Looking For\nYou bring curiosity, technical rigour, and an eagerness to learn how packaging shapes the consumer experience.
