Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.\nA Day in the Life\nAs a Processing Shift Leader for Processing Operations, you will lead a full shift of bulk processing activity, own team performance and development, and drive right first time output across mixing, cleaning, and transfer operations. This is a rotating shift position with multiple openings available. Salary range is $75,000 to $95,000.\nYour mission will include:\nDevelop Your Team: Coach, onboard, and multi skill operators, building safety awareness and technical autonomy across the shop floor. This is the core of the role.\nLead Operations: Direct mixing, cleaning, and transfer activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable shift execution.\nDrive Performance: Eliminate downtime, waste, and rework, and manage shift handovers for seamless continuity.\nTroubleshoot and Improve: Lead first level investigations, autonomous maintenance, and rapid resolution of process deviations.\nWe Are Looking For\nYou are a proactive, resilient, and collaborative leader who thrives in fast paced manufacturing environments. We are looking for:\nBachelor's degree required.\nProven experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly employees in a manufacturing setting.\nManufacturing experience, ideally in bulk, batch, or process production (cosmetics, personal care, food, pharma, or chemical manufacturing all considered).\nStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting equipment and process issues.\nWorking knowledge of safety and quality standards, structured problem solving, and data driven decision making.\nProficiency with MS Office and other digital shop floor tools.\nAuthorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basis is required.
