Innovate new methods and instruments to address key needs\n- Lead or participate in the innovative development of new methodologies and new instruments/equipment, proposing breakthrough solutions to key pain points in scalp clinical and hair instrumental evaluation.\n- Combine internal experience with external cutting-edge technologies (such as new imaging devices, sensors, detection platforms, etc.) to drive the development of evaluation tools from 0 to 1 - prototyping, validation, and implementation.\n- Continuously track emerging instruments and technology trends in the industry, assess their feasibility for scalp/hair evaluation scenarios, and lead internal technology adoption or in-house development.\n- Integrate digitalization and AI capabilities to connect new methods/instruments with data analysis workflows, improving evaluation efficiency, accuracy, and visualization.\n3. Develop and optimize methods/tools with a digital and AI mindset\n- Explore and introduce tools such as Image Analysis and Macros to empower digital visualization capabilities for scalp and hair evaluation.\n- Proactively leverage statistical tools (e.g., t-tests) and AI tools to independently complete data analysis and build/optimize digitalization projects.\n4.
