  • Gestión de Devoluciones: Administrarás el flujo de devoluciones de clientes y supervisarás la recepción de producto rechazado asegurando su óptima reintegración al almacén según estándares de calidad.
  • Segmentación y Ubicación: Coordinarás la segmentación y reubicación estratégica de productos en el almacén de acuerdo con su categoría y especificaciones.
  • Mejora Continua: Aplicarás análisis de causa raíz y herramientas estadísticas para implementar planes de mejora continua mediante metodologías Lean y elevar los KPIs operativos.
  • Sistemas y Reportes: Diseñarás paneles de control y reportes en Excel avanzado, gestionando las transacciones de inventario a través de SAP (SD, WM) y WMS Manhattan.

  • Profesionales con experiencia comprobada en administración de devoluciones, logística inversa o almacenamiento en centros de distribución.
  • Experiencia aplicando análisis causa raíz, herramientas estadísticas y metodologías Lean.
  • Manejo operativo de WMS Manhattan y módulos logísticos de SAP (SD, WM).
  • Excel intermedio/avanzado (tablas dinámicas, cruces y dashboards).
  • Inglés intermedio (B1/B2).
  • Competencias clave: Supply Chain Management, Lean Management, Physical Distribution Management, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking.
