Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you act as the vital link between commercial demand and physical operations across our global network of 36 plants and 158 fulfillment centres.\nBuild and fine-tune entity supply plans based on validated forecasts, establishing precise inventory parameters for cost, volume, and service targets.\nAnticipate logistical bottlenecks and mitigate shortage risks by partnering closely with manufacturing sites and logistics leads on capacity constraints.\nMonitor weekly KPIs-including out-of-stock rates, service levels, and stock days-taking rapid, proactive action to resolve supply imbalances.\nManage inventory health by actively reducing obsolete and slow-moving stock, upholding our 'L'Oréal for the Future' waste-reduction targets.\nDrive process improvements and modern planning tools within the team, embedding best practices across the local supply chain community.\nWe Are Looking For\nYou bring sharp analytical precision, a pragmatic approach to operational challenges, and a clear focus on service excellence.
