Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.\nA Day in the Life\nYou lead and support daily order processing operations across receiving, shipping, and picking within our Dallas fulfilment center, reporting to the Operations Supervisor. Working our morning shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), you coordinate inventory and equipment to keep physical flows moving safely and reliably.\nSupervise physical flows across receiving, picking, palletization, and shipping, ensuring accurate order selection and dispatch.\nManage real-time transactions, stock rotation, and order reconciliation using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nLead onboarding and cross-training for new permanent and temporary team members on operational standards and safety procedures.\nDrive safety and quality compliance on the floor, upholding our Industry 4.0 fulfilment center standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.\nTroubleshoot inventory discrepancies, assist with physical cycle counts, and maintain an organised, secure work area.\nWe Are Looking For\nYou bring an organised, problem-solving mindset and a clear commitment to operational safety.
