Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.\nA Day in the Life\nBased in Jeddah or Riyadh, you oversee daily warehouse operations managed by our third-party logistics (3PL) partners, reporting to the Logistics Manager. You act as the operational link synchronising physical inventory, transport, and dispatch flows across our supply chain network of 158 Fulfillment Centers undergoing Industry 4.0 transformation.\nSteer daily 3PL partner performance against operational SLAs, monitoring inbound receiving, order picking accuracy, and vehicle dispatch windows.\nCoordinate with transport teams to prioritise outbound customer deliveries, removing administrative bottlenecks across invoice printing and Proof of Delivery (POD) archiving.\nPerform daily stock reconciliations between 3PL Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, investigating variances and clearing IDoc interface errors.\nOversee cycle counts and annual wall-to-wall physical inventory, ensuring stock adjustments are verified and reflected across both systems.\nUphold rigorous safety, FEFO/FIFO rotation, and Group quality standards across 3PL facilities, embedding continuous improvement to eliminate lead-time waste.\nWe Are Looking For\nYou bring operational precision, vendor management know-how, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
