Full-time\n\nLocation: Harare, Zimbabwe\n\nCategory: Management\n\nClosing Date: 2026-10-30\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlan, coordinate and oversee daily production and installation operations.\n\nSchedule jobs, staff and equipment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.\n\nManage and motivate production/installation teams and monitor performance.\n\nLiaise with clients, conduct site visits, prepare quotations and ensure excellent customer service.\n\nOversee manufacturing, signage, printing, fabrication, construction or related operations.\n\nAssist with costing, procurement and resource planning.\n\nMonitor project progress, resolve operational challenges and continuously improve processes.\n\nRequirements\n\nDiploma or degree in Operations/Production Management, Business Management, Project Management or a related field.\n\nProven hands-on experience running a production or installation team.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, signage, printing, fabrication, construction or a similar industry.\n\nStrong design skills and experience using Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW (or ability to learn quickly).\n\nAbility to read technical drawings and understand basic costing.\n\nStrong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.\n\nA trade or technical qualification is an advantage, but not essential if you have a
