The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PLC/DCS platforms, industrial communication protocols, and testing of real-time and safety-critical control systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC/DCS control system applications.\n\n- Perform manual and automated testing of PLC/DCS systems and develop scripts for test automation where required.\n\n- Work with control and safety systems such as Foxboro, Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa DCS and/or Triconex, HIMA, FSC, Modicon PLC.\n\n- Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for PLC/DCS and safety systems.\n\n- Support system installation, commissioning, startup, and site deployment activities.\n\n- Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing of control and safety systems.\n\n- Verify and validate real-time, multi-processor, embedded, and high-integrity systems.\n\n- Test and troubleshoot industrial communication interfaces and protocols including Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC, Serial I/O, and related protocols.\n\n- Analyze system requirements and develop test cases, test procedures, and test scripts.\n\n- Ensure requirements traceability and compliance with defined testing and development methodologies.\n\n- Perform unit, functional, integration, and system-level testing and document test results.\n\n- Support configuration management, defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and resolution of system issues.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering, automation, commissioning, and customer teams throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and commissioning records.\n\n- Communicate technical findings and project status effectively to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 49 years of experience in PLC/DCS engineering, testing, validation, or industrial automation.\n\n- Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS test systems, including manual and automated testing.\n\n- Experience with one or more major DCS platforms such as Foxboro, Honeywell, ABB, or Yokogawa.\n\n- Experience with PLC/safety systems such as Triconex, HIMA, FSC, or Modicon.\n\n- Strong experience in FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and system testing.\n\n- Understanding of control systems, safety systems, and real-time embedded systems.\n\n- Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC, and Serial I/O.\n\n- Exposure to testing and validation of safety-critical or high-integrity systems.\n\n- Experience with requirements traceability, configuration management, and structured testing methodologies.\n\n- Knowledge of unit, functional, integration, and system testing.\n\n- Scripting/programming experience for test automation is preferred.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and customer-facing
