Responsibilities:\n\n- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business goals.\n\n- Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.\n\n- 6-10 years of overall IT experience.\n\n- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Mandatory.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and product management practices.\n\n- Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional Agile teams.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.\n\nTechnical Skills & Tools:\n\n- Jira\n\n- Azure DevOps (ADO)\n\n- Confluence\n\n- Product Roadmap & Backlog Management Tools\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Technical background in Software Development, Quality Engineering, System Analysis, or Solution Design.\n\n- Experience in Automotive/Automobile industry projects.\n\n- Exposure to Connected Vehicles, Telematics, Mobility Solutions, Embedded Systems, or Digital Product Development.\n\n- Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework.\n\n- Experience with data-driven product management and Agile metrics.\n\n- Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.\n\nMandatory Requirements:\n\n- 6-10 Years of IT Experience\n\n- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)\n\n- Strong Product Backlog Management
