LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. \nThis role is responsible for coordinating digital design and construction information across all project disciplines within a mission-critical environment.\nResponsibilities:\nBIM Coordination & Model Support\nAssist with model coordination activities using BIM software and collaboration platforms.\nSupport clash detection workflows and coordination meetings.\nReview models for compliance with project standards and naming conventions.\nAssist in organizing and managing model files within the Common Data Environment (CDE).\nTrack coordination issues and support resolution workflows.\nReality Capture & Scanning Support\nAssist with site scanning activities and learn scanning hardware and workflows.\nSupport processing and organization of point cloud data.\nAssist in integrating scan data into BIM coordination workflows.\nMaintain documentation related to scanning procedures and data management.\nProject Support\nWork with project teams to gather information required for coordination.\nSupport documentation of BIM processes and workflows.\nMaintain coordination logs, reports, and tracking tools.\nAssist with preparation of coordination views and deliverables.\nAdministrative & Technical Support\nUtilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) to manage data, tracking logs, and reporting.\nSupport development and maintenance of project standards.\nAssist with continuous improvement of BIM workflows.\nAny other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. \nSkills Required:\nMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar position in an Industrial project environment.\nExperience using Navisworks software.\nExperience with CAD software is highly desirable.\nEducation / Licenses / Certifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline is highly desirable.\nProof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance \nLife, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance \nTraining and Education Assistance \n401k Retirement Plan \nExtra Annual Leave with Years of Service \nMaternity/Paternity Leave \nRecognition Rewards\nLotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
