The successful candidate will lead commissioning strategy, stakeholder coordination, energy management, and commissioning execution activities across mission-critical MEP systems.\nThe MEP Commissioning Manager will act as the primary commissioning lead for owner's representatives, commissioning agents, vendors, and project stakeholders throughout project delivery. The role is responsible for coordinating the commissioning process, managing technical interfaces, driving issue resolution, supporting energy programs, and ensuring readiness for system turnover and operational acceptance.\nThe successful candidate will champion commissioning activities from design review through startup, integrated systems testing, functional testing, and final handover.\nResponsibilities:\nOwner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) Management\nPrimary point of contact for OFCI matters and escalation with owner's procurement representatives.\nManage and coordinate all OFCI equipment submittals.\nEnsure alignment between vendor documentation, design requirements, and commissioning specifications.\nCoordinate issue resolution relating to OFCI equipment delivery, installation, startup, and testing activities.\nBuilding Controls & Power Monitoring Coordination\nLead coordination activities between project teams and Building Management System (BMS) providers.\nManage Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) coordination and commissioning readiness.\nEnsure successful integration of controls and monitoring systems into commissioning activities.\nFacilitate coordination between controls vendors, commissioning agents, contractors, and owners.\nCommissioning Leadership\nAct as primary point of contact for Owner QA/QC and Commissioning Management teams.\nLead commissioning-related communication across all project stakeholders.\nSupport development and execution of the commissioning 6-Step Process.\nCoordinate commissioning schedules, milestones, deliverables, and readiness requirements.\nEnergy Program Management\nServe as Primary Project Energy Manager.\nCoordinate energy program requirements throughout construction and commissioning.\nManage energy-related testing, reporting, and operational readiness requirements.\nSupport power-up, energization planning, and system startup activities.\nEarly Planning & Mobilization\nLead Early ENS/PR planning and management activities.\nManage commissioning agent mobilization requirements.\nCoordinate commissioning logistics, office setup, access, and site support activities.\nEnsure commissioning resources are available to support project schedules and milestones.\nTechnical Leadership\nLead development of the COHE program in conjunction with the Project Safety Manager.\nManage all commissioning-related RFIs.\nManage commissioning-related CSI and CCD processes.\nDrive resolution of design-to-vendor submittal deviations.\nManage commissioning vendor scopes of work.\nAct as primary owner of commissioning scope and specifications with vendors, third-party organizations, and the client.\nContract & Commercial Support\nPrepare and process Notices of Impact (NOIs) to the Owner in coordination with the MEP Project Manager.\nSupport technical change management and commissioning-related project controls.\nTrack and manage commissioning deliverables to support project milestones.\nIssue Resolution & Stakeholder Management\nAct as Issue Resolution Champion across commissioning activities.\nCoordinate and drive closure of technical issues impacting commissioning progress.\nFacilitate communication between designers, vendors, contractors, owners, and commissioning stakeholders.\nEscalate critical project risks and support mitigation strategies.\nMeetings & Coordination\nChampion, coordinate, and attend Factory Witness Testing (FWT) activities.\nAttend and support First of Kind (FOK) reviews and testing events.\nSupport daily commissioning meetings with the Commissioning Agent and Owner.\nSupport weekly ACC issue resolution meetings.\nSupport daily commissioning morning coordination meetings.\nSupport commissioning Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) management activities.\n\nSkills Required:\n10+ years' experience in commissioning, or MEP project delivery.\nStrong understanding of commissioning methodologies for mechanical and electrical systems.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams and stakeholders.\nKnowledge of commissioning procedures, turnover processes, integrated systems testing, and operational readiness requirements\nExperience with BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and critical facility control systems.\nKnowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, and mission-critical infrastructure.\nEducation / Licenses / Certifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.\nPMP certification preferred.\nCertified Commissioning Professional (CCP) preferred.\nOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.\nProof of education, licenses, and
