LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. \nThe CSA Project Manager is responsible for leading the onsite execution of civil, structural, concrete, and structural steel construction activities within a large-scale industrial and advanced manufacturing facility in New Albany, Ohio. This role works closely with the Director of Construction, contractors, subcontractors, engineering, project controls, EHS, quality, and other project stakeholders to safely deliver construction activities in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget. The position provides field leadership and project management from planning through construction and closeout while coordinating interfaces between CSA and other construction disciplines.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the planning and execution of CSA construction activities, with a primary focus on structural concrete and structural steel.\nManage projects from initial planning through construction execution, turnover, and closeout.\nDevelop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, project controls, and change management.\nCoordinate general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders.\nReview construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements to identify potential issues and constructability concerns.\nCoordinate structural concrete activities including foundations, slabs, equipment pads, embeds, elevated structures, and related work.\nCoordinate structural steel procurement, delivery, erection, connections, and associated construction activities.\nMonitor contractor performance, manpower, productivity, schedule progress, and quality.\nLead and participate in contractor coordination meetings, schedule reviews, planning sessions, and field walks.\nIdentify and resolve RFIs, design changes, field issues, constructability concerns, and project constraints.\nCoordinate with project controls to maintain accurate schedules, forecasts, progress reporting, and project documentation.\nSupport change management activities including scope validation, cost impacts, and commercial documentation.\nEnsure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, applicable codes, and construction management practices.\nPartner with EHS teams and contractors to maintain a strong safety culture and Culture of Caring.\nSupport quality inspections, documentation, punch list development, turnover, and project closeout.\nCoordinate CSA interfaces with mechanical, electrical, process, utilities, commissioning, and equipment installation teams.\nProactively identify schedule conflicts, project risks, and resource requirements and develop solutions in collaboration with the project team.\nProvide regular project status updates to the Director of Construction.\nAny other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.\nSkills Required:\nStrong project management and field leadership skills within large-scale construction environments.\nExtensive knowledge of structural concrete and structural steel construction.\nStrong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction practices.\nExperience managing contractors and subcontractors performing concrete and structural steel work.\nAbility to manage multiple contractors, work packages, and competing project priorities.\nStrong understanding of construction means and methods.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and related technical documentation.\nExperience coordinating foundations, slabs, equipment pads, embeds, elevated structures, structural steel erection, and connections.\nExperience with project scheduling, budget management, project controls, change control, and construction execution.\nStrong understanding of contractor performance, manpower planning, productivity tracking, and schedule management.\nAbility to identify and resolve RFIs, constructability concerns, design changes, field issues, and project constraints.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering, construction, project controls, EHS, quality, client teams, and other construction disciplines.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling and documentation tools.\nStrong commitment to safety, quality, and a Culture of Caring.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, large-scale industrial construction environment.\nEducation / Licenses / Certifications:\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field preferred.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.\nOSHA 30 certification preferred.\nProof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance \nLife, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance \nTraining and Education Assistance \n401k Retirement Plan \nExtra Annual Leave with Years of Service \nMaternity/Paternity Leave \nRecognition Rewards\nLotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
