LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. \nThe Electrical Superintendent will support the successful delivery of complex construction and commissioning projects within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical scope with project teams and trade partners to ensure systems are installed, tracked, and delivered in line with schedule, safety, and quality expectations.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with project teams and electrical trade partners to develop and maintain project schedules\nMonitor electrical subcontractor progress and ensure daily production targets are achieved\nIdentify schedule risks and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track\nOversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power distribution, switchgear, UPS, lighting, grounding, and controls)\nInterpret electrical design packages, drawings, BIM models, and specifications to ensure proper installation and compliance with quality standards\nSupervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors and field personnel\nManage manpower planning, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain alignment across trades\nLead site meetings and electrical coordination discussions\nManage site logistics including material deliveries, equipment staging, and installation sequencing for electrical scope\nEnsure work areas are ready and support safe, efficient workflow on site\nEnforce safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and electrical compliance requirements\nSupport system energization, turnover, and commissioning activities\nAny other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. \nSkills Required:\n3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role in a semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical environment\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems including medium/low voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and controls\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, BIM models, and technical documentation\nExperience coordinating electrical scope within multi-trade construction environments\nStrong understanding of NEC codes, safety standards, and commissioning processes\nProven leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills\nEducation / Licenses / Certifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nProof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance \nLife, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance \nTraining and Education Assistance \n401k Retirement Plan \nExtra Annual Leave with Years of Service \nMaternity/Paternity Leave \nRecognition Rewards\nCompensation\nHourly Rate: $40.00 - $50.00 USD per hour\nThe pay range shown reflects the minimum and maximum hourly rates the company may offer for this position.
