LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. \nAs an Electrical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Electrical projects within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for project scope, budget, and schedule management - ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time project delivery.\nThis role requires strong leadership, technical project management expertise, and proven experience coordinating complex industrial projects from conception through closeout.\nResponsibilities:\nLead all aspects of Electrical team project delivery - from scope development, planning, and scheduling to execution and closeout - ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.\nSeek competitive bids from qualified contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines to achieve best-value results.\nIssue purchase orders (POs) and track performed work, ensuring alignment with project budgets and approved scopes.\nManage project risks, issues, and changes while serving as the primary point of contact for all trade partners.\nWork with mechanical, I&C, other electrical, FMS and LSS subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.\nProjects that require design services, permitting or demolition of utilities back to source shall be referred to the Intel SPGC group\nDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.\nOversee procurement, installation, and commissioning\nEnsure compliance with semiconductor facility specifications, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards (e.g., SEMI, OSHA, EPA).\nIdentify and mitigate technical and operational challenges to maintain project performance and momentum.\nProvide regular updates to key stakeholders and clients, including schedule performance reports.\nPromote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout project execution.\nOwn any AAR ( After action review ), or event follow up, drive closure/risk mitigation with the team and for the client.\nMentor and support project team members, fostering professional development and technical excellence.\nDemonstrate proficiency in construction sequencing and commissioning to meet aggressive project timelines.\nMaintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure alignment on project scope, quality, and delivery expectations.\nUtilize construction management and scheduling software to track, manage, and report project progress.\nServe as the primary field representative for all construction and project coordination activities on site.\nSkills Required:\nMinimum 5 years of Electrical Project Management experience, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech construction industry.\nStrong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\nProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.\nExperience with construction management tools and project scheduling platforms.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.\nEducation / Licenses / Certifications:\nPMP Certification preferred (not required).\nNFPA 70E Certified\nFormal degree preferred but not required; relevant industry experience will be strongly considered.\nProof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance \nLife, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance \nTraining and Education Assistance \n401k Retirement Plan \nExtra Annual Leave with Years of Service \nMaternity/Paternity Leave \nRecognition Rewards\nLotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
