LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. \nThe Global Operations and Maintenance Technical Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive Operations & Maintenance program that ensures alignment with client standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. This role provides strategic leadership across maintenance disciplines, driving reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization while maintaining strong client partnerships and program excellence.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and oversee the O&M program framework in alignment with client standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.\nManage the full lifecycle of O&M activities, including preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), reliability engineering, and continuous improvement.\nAct as the primary client interface, providing regular updates on program performance, KPIs, and resource utilization.\nDefine, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PAS, PM hour reduction, CM backlog reduction, mean time between failures (MTBF), system uptime, and cost per work order.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and reliability enhancements, to increase efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime.\nIdentify and implement cost savings opportunities through optimized scheduling, resource allocation, and streamlined O&M practices.\nReview, approve, and maintain O&M documentation such as SOPs, PM job plans, and CM closure reports to ensure accuracy and best practices.\nCoordinate across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Process, Waste, Electrical, I&C, and Systems) to ensure consistent program execution and accountability.\nDevelop and manage program budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation plans to support long-term sustainability and cost control.\nProvide strategic oversight for workforce training, knowledge retention, and succession planning to strengthen team capability and readiness.\nAny other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.\nSkills Required:\nMinimum of 10 years of multi-discipline operations and maintenance experience in the semiconductor industry, is required.\nMinimum of 5 years of proven experience developing and managing technical programs aligned with client standards and industry best practices.\nStrong background overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs with emphasis on reliability engineering and continuous improvement.\nDemonstrated ability to define, monitor, and report on KPIs such as system uptime, MTBF, and maintenance backlog reduction.\nExperience leading cross-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and process systems to ensure alignment and accountability.\nSkilled in conducting root cause analysis, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.\nStrong client-facing communication skills with experience presenting performance metrics, budgets, and resource plans.\nAbility to develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, budgets, and workforce plans that support program sustainability.\nEducation / Licenses / Certifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent, required.\nAssociate’s, Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field preferred, but not required.\nProof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable. \nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance \nLife, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance \nTraining and Education Assistance \n401k Retirement Plan \nExtra Annual Leave with Years of Service \nMaternity/Paternity Leave \nRecognition Rewards\nLotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
