LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. \nIn this role, you will support the implementation and execution of project quality requirements throughout construction, testing, and turnover. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning personnel to verify installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and Owner requirements.\nWe are currently hiring Quality Engineers across multiple disciplines, including Facade, Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM), Electrical, Low Voltage, and Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA). Candidates should have construction quality experience within one or more of these disciplines.\nResponsibilities:\nImplement and maintain the project Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with contract documents, specifications, drawings, and Owner requirements.\nReview construction activities within assigned disciplines for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.\nPerform and coordinate field inspections, material inspections, and installation quality checks throughout construction.\nReview submittals, RFIs, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists for quality requirements and constructability concerns.\nCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and project teams to identify and resolve quality issues.\nManage non-conformances, deficiencies, punch lists, and corrective actions, ensuring issues are properly documented and driven through closure.\nVerify installation and workmanship of systems within the assigned discipline, which may include facade, structural and architectural systems, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, controls, low-voltage systems, or OSM/prefabricated assemblies.\nMaintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, material certifications, quality logs, and turnover records.\nConduct quality audits and inspections at critical construction milestones to identify and resolve issues prior to commissioning and testing.\nSupport commissioning, testing, turnover, and project closeout by ensuring quality deficiencies are resolved and required documentation is complete.\nAny other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.\nSkills Required:\nConstruction quality experience within Facade, OSM, Electrical, Low Voltage, or CSA disciplines.\nStrong understanding of construction QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, ITPs, and technical documentation.\nExperience performing field inspections and verifying installation quality and workmanship.\nUnderstanding of construction sequencing, quality milestones, commissioning readiness, and project turnover.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, communicate, and drive quality issues through resolution.\nStrong communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nDon't meet 100% of the qualifications?
