LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. \nLotusWorks is seeking an experienced Site Lead - Construction Services to lead the construction services activities on large-scale semiconductor or mission-critical projects. This role will serve as the General Contractor’s representative and act as a key interface between construction teams, the client, and personnel.\nThe Site Lead Construction Services will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client, develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the clients leadership team, lead site personnel, conduct regular employee check-ins, and promote and maintain a safety-first environment.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client.\nDevelop and maintain strong professional relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders.\nConduct regular client meetings and provide updates on progress, staffing, performance, risks, and upcoming activities.\nLead, coach, and develop site personnel.\nEstablish individual and team performance expectations.\nConduct regular employee check-ins and provide timely feedback.\nAddress performance issues and employee concerns in partnership with Operations and HR.\nPromote a strong safety-first culture across the site.\nEnsure employees understand and follow all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.\nImmediately address unsafe conditions or behaviors.\nProvide timely and accurate reporting to Senior Operations leadership.\nEscalate significant safety, employee, client, financial, or operational issues appropriately.\nMaintain consistent communication between field personnel, client leadership, Senior Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other support functions.\nSkills Required:\nMUST BE based on the Intel Chandler Campus\nPrior team leadership experience\nPrior client management experience\nAbility to read and understand multi-discipline construction documents and the ability to identify potential issues contained within.\nSoftware proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint) and Smartsheet.\nSoftware proficiency in construction management software platforms (BIM360, Procore, Autodesk, Prolog etc.)\nEducation / Licenses / Certifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred, but not required (Equivalent field experience is acceptable)\nProof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance \nLife, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance\nTraining and Education Assistance\n401k Retirement Plan\nExtra Annual Leave with Years of Service\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\nRecognition Rewards\nLotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
