Working under the guidance of senior creative staff, they apply foundational knowledge of current design software to support every step of the design process, from brainstorming to final deliverable. They approach design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires within a larger marketing strategy. (Hybrid)\nReports to: Design Manager\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nBranded Asset Creation & Support\nReview and understand project briefs, target audiences, and key brand messages under the guidance of lead designers.\nConceptualize and design foundational branded assets, including social media graphics, web banners, digital ads, marketing collateral, and simple illustrations.\nProduce layout variations that adhere strictly to client brand guidelines and design standards.\nThrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-volume production tasks and tight turnaround times.\nStay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and social media platforms to bring fresh ideas to team brainstorms.\nManage time effectively to meet project deadlines reliably.\nAssist senior designers during brand discovery phases by gathering research, visual references, and client mood boards.\nBrand Consistency & Visual Execution\nEnsure strict brand consistency across assigned visual assets and digital formats.\nDemonstrate proficiency in foundational design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.\nSeamlessly incorporate client brand elements to build polished, visually appealing graphics that align with campaign goals.\nUtilize the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to deliver clean, production-ready files.\nPerform basic photo retouching, color correction, and image resizing.\nClient & Team Presentation Support\nPrepare visual assets, mockups, and presentation decks for client meetings and internal reviews.\nSupport senior team members in organizing and formatting creative deliverables.\nIncorporate internal feedback constructively to refine and improve design work.\nQuality Control & Professional Development\nApply strong attention to detail to check files for correct dimensions, specs, typography, and brand consistency prior to handoff.\nAssist senior designers with basic quality control checks on production assets.\nProactively seek out learning opportunities, technical guidance, and constructive feedback from senior designers to elevate artistic and technical skills.\nTeam Collaboration\nCollaborate actively with marketing, creative, and account teams to deliver high-quality work.\nContribute ideas and creative concepts during group brainstorming sessions.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nStrong creative foundation and passion for visual storytelling, backed by a solid portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work.\n0-2 years of professional design experience (including internships, agency experience, or strong academic projects).\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.\nSolid understanding of foundational design principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.\nStrong organizational, time-management, and file-management habits.\nReceptive to constructive feedback with a strong desire to learn and grow within a creative agency environment.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent/associate degree) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related
