Many of the hardest architectural decisions haven't been made yet, giving you the opportunity to shape the foundation of Lovable Enterprise alongside engineering leadership.\nWhether you've been a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, founding engineer, or CTO, we're looking for someone who's already operated with this level of ownership-and wants to do it again on an even bigger stage.\nWhat you'll do\nYou'll define the technical direction for the platform that lets enterprise customers run Lovable securely and at scale.\nYou'll spend your time writing software, making architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and working directly with customers on problems that don't have established playbooks. Examples include:\nDefining the architecture for enterprise deployments across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, including deployments into customer-controlled environments.\n\nBuilding cloud-agnostic systems that give customers flexibility in how and where they run Lovable.\n\nDesigning secure sandboxing and runtime environments for running untrusted code at scale.\n\nSetting the technical bar for networking, encryption, identity and enterprise infrastructure.\n\nBuilding the internal platform that helps our engineering teams ship faster.\n\nMentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across the organisation.\n\nWorking directly with enterprise customers and cloud providers on complex infrastructure challenges.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nWe're looking for a Staff-level (or equivalent) Software Engineer with deep platform and infrastructure experience who have set technical direction before. This is a role for engineers who enjoy building software that powers infrastructure, if you’re from a traditional DevOps background this is less likely to be a good fit.\nThis is the role for you if you have:\nStrong programming skills in Go or Rust, or a comparable systems language (C++, Java or similar)\n\nExperience building enterprise products and working with enterprise customers.\n\nDesigned and scaled distributed systems in production that are used by multiple teams.\n\nBuilt on Kubernetes (or a similar orchestrator) as a platform, not just deployed to it.\n\nHands-on experience designing and running production systems across more than one major cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), with deep expertise in at least one.\n\nA product mindset.
