# Founding Business Development Representative

TL;DR We're hiring a Founding BDR to build Lovable's business development motion from the ground up. The job is to find, qualify and open the right accounts using a mix of your own outreach and the automation and AI agents you build to run alongside it. You'll own a pipeline number, work closely with our Account Executives globally and build a lot of your own tooling on Lovable itself. This is also how we develop AEs: perform here and you'll be running your own deals within 12 to 18 months. There's no playbook yet, so you'll be helping to write it. Why Lovable?
