If this speaks to your values, come join us and be part of #TeamLB!\nJoin us as we redefine what it means to build an enduring global consumer group.\nMain responsibilities\nGraphic Design Tasks\nProduce graphic assets for ID Marketplaces: Campaign and Store Banner, Monthly Store Decor, Broadcast messages, and Brand collaborations assets.\nAssist the Visual Designer team in developing the BAU graphic assets (Social, eDM, Paid Ads) for global.\nProduce Country-specific Social Media asset needs (IG Story/ IG Post/ Facebook/ TikTok/ Telegram)\nAssist the Creative team daily, with direct reporting to the Visual Design Manager\nRequirements\nQualifications\nAvailable for 6 months internship program\nOpen to university students of any seniority\nCandidates with a specialization in Design Communication Visual or related degree preferred\nCandidates with prior internships in Graphic Designer or Creative roles preferred\nReachable during working hours\nExcellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, and Illustrator. Editing apps such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or other motion graphic tools are a plus.)\nA developed eye for detail, layout, balance, and composition\nYou Are :\nA passion for the brand and empowering women\nGood visual and graphic taste, aware of the latest trends\nOrganized and good at managing multiple tasks at once\nAn initiative, self-driven, and growth mindset personality\nUp-to-date awareness of global fashion, retail, and market trends\nA fun, energetic, and charismatic personality\nAn ability to thrive in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility under critical pressure\nA self-starter with a proactive and hands-on attitude, also collaborative to achieve goals as a team.
