PURPOSE \nThe CSR & LEFAT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Lovegrass's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and supporting effective collaboration with the Lovegrass Ethiopia Farming and Agricultural Transformation (LEFAT) Foundation. \nThe role supports the planning, implementation, documentation, monitoring, and reporting of community, farmer, social, and environmental initiatives in alignment with Lovegrass's ESG objectives and company policies.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \nCSR & Community Engagement \nCoordinate implementation of Lovegrass CSR activities and community initiatives. \nSupport identification of community needs and appropriate CSR interventions. \nOrganize community engagement, awareness, training, and outreach activities. \nMaintain good working relationships with communities, farmers, cooperatives, NGOs, government offices, and other stakeholders. \nLEFAT Coordination \nAct as the coordination focal point between Lovegrass and LEFAT Foundation. \nSupport LEFAT with activity planning, implementation, documentation, and reporting. \nCoordinate farmer development, training, livelihood, and agricultural transformation activities supported by Lovegrass. \nMaintain records of LEFAT activities, beneficiaries, projects, partners, and results. \nSupport preparation of reports, presentations, and other information required by management, partners, and donors. \nProject Monitoring & Impact \nMonitor CSR and LEFAT activities against approved plans, budgets, and timelines. \nCollect and maintain beneficiary and project data. \nTrack key social and environmental impact indicators. \nCollect supporting evidence, including attendance records, photographs, success stories, and activity reports. \nIdentify implementation challenges and report them to the ESG Supervisor. \nESG & Sustainability Support \nSupport implementation of relevant ESG and social sustainability initiatives. \nEnsure CSR activities are aligned with Lovegrass's ESG/ESS requirements. \nSupport stakeholder engagement and community grievance-related activities where applicable. \nPromote responsible sourcing, sustainable agriculture, community development, and social inclusion. \nReporting & Documentation \nPrepare regular CSR and LEFAT activity updates for the ESG Supervisor. \nMaintain an organized CSR/LEFAT database and documentation system. \nSupport preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual CSR/ESG reports. \nMaintain records required for internal reviews, audits, donors, and other stakeholders. \nSupport development of CSR success stories and communication materials. \nPartnership & Event Support \nSupport coordination with NGOs, development partners, government institutions, farmer organizations, and other stakeholders. \nAssist in organizing CSR events, farmer training, community activities, and stakeholder meetings. \nSupport development of project concepts, proposals, and partnership documentation as required.\nKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS \nCSR activities implemented according to approved plans. \nTimely and accurate CSR/LEFAT reporting. \nNumber of beneficiaries and farmers reached. \nQuality and completeness of project documentation. \nTimely collection of impact data and supporting evidence. \nSuccessful coordination of LEFAT activities. \nStakeholder and community engagement. \nCSR collaboration. \nIntegrity and accountability. \nProblem-solving and attention to detail. \nWillingness to travel to field locations. \nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE \nBachelor’s degree in development studies, Agriculture, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \n1–3 years of relevant experience in CSR, ESG, community development, NGO/development programs, agriculture, or project coordination. \nExperience working with NGOs, foundations, farmer organizations, or development partners is an advantage. \nGood understanding of community engagement and social impact programs. \nGood report writing and documentation skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365. \nHow to apply\nQualified
