PURPOSE\n\nLovegrass Agro-processing Plc is seeking a dedicated and proactive Odoo ERP Support Specialist to provide technical support for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and ongoing operation of the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.\n\nIn this role, you will bridge and support the integration of business processes into Odoo operations between our Head Office in Piyassa and our Factory in Sululta in assisting employees in using the system effectively, troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the implementation team or external service providers to ensure successful system adoption.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nAssist in the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of Odoo modules in coordination with management, department heads, and external implementation consultants.\n\nSupport the implementation of relevant modules, including Finance, marketing and commercial department, Human Resources, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, Manufacturing, and other modules as required.\n\nAssist in collecting, reviewing, cleaning, organizing, and migrating existing company data into Odoo.\n\nParticipate in system testing, identify errors or process gaps, and report issues to the implementation team for resolution.\n\nSupport the mapping of existing company workflows and procedures into the Odoo system.\n\nAssist in preparing user requirements, documenting system changes, and tracking implementation progress.\n\nProvide first-line technical support to employees experiencing Odoo-related issues.\n\nTroubleshoot user access, login, configuration, data entry, printing, reporting, and other system-related problems.\n\nEscalate complex technical issues to the Odoo implementation partner, system administrator, or software developer when necessary.\n\nMaintain computers, printers, network connections, software, and other IT equipment required for effective system operation.\n\nAssist with user account creation, access permissions, password resets, and basic system administration, subject to authorization.\n\nProvide ongoing assistance to employees during the transition from existing manual or computerized processes to Odoo.\n\nCollect user feedback, identify recurring difficulties, and recommend improvements to enhance system usability and adoption.\n\nEnsure that access to sensitive company information is granted only to authorized personnel.\n\nSupport regular data backup and recovery procedures in coordination with the responsible system administrator.\n\nPrepare regular reports on implementation progress, technical issues, user support requests, and outstanding system requirements.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\n\nExperience: Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Odoo ERP.\n\nLocation Flexibility: On-site presence at our Piyassa Head Office with periodic site visits to the Factory site in Sululta.\n\nTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (Finace, Inventory, Stock, Sales, Purchasing and HR).\n\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.\n\nAvailability: Ready to start
