The role includes supplier coordination, quotation collection, purchase order processing, and maintaining proper procurement documentation. The Procurement Officer ensures that all purchasing activities follow company policies, quality standards, and budget requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSourcing & Vendor Management\nIdentify and communicate with potential suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, office supplies, and other company requirements.\nCollect and evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery terms.\nMaintain updated supplier information and procurement records.\nSupport the development and maintenance of approved supplier lists.\nQuotation & Purchasing Process\nRequest, compare, and analyze supplier quotations.\nPrepare purchasing documents and support purchase approval processes.\nProcess purchase orders accurately and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.\nEnsure purchased items meet required specifications and quality standards.\nSupplier Coordination\nMaintain professional communication with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.\nFollow up on pending orders and resolve basic supplier-related issues.\nSupport supplier performance monitoring.\nInventory & Department Coordination\nCoordinate with warehouse, production, and other departments to understand material requirements.\nSupport inventory availability by following up on required materials and supplies.\nAssist in preventing stock shortages and unnecessary overstocking.\nProcurement Documentation & Compliance\nMaintain proper procurement files, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documents.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company procedures and ethical standards.\nPrepare procurement reports as required.\nMarket Research & Price Monitoring\nMonitor supplier prices and market trends.\nProvide updated information on price changes and availability of materials.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.\nExperience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is an advantage.\nKey Competencies\nGood negotiation and communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility
