This is a client-facing role, focused on using and migrating to our partner technologies; Databricks, AWS, and Azure to name a few. In addition to the technical capabilities for this role, we are looking for someone who wants to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and inclusive environment and has a passion for bringing meaning to data.\nThis role is open to remote candidates in the US. \n\nThis role is not open for work sponsorship at this time.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nUtilize consulting and technical skills to be able to work in a client-facing project environment independently.\n\nBe responsible for your own execution and sometimes lead individual work streams on client engagements as assigned and under supervision of engagement lead.\n\nCollaborate with other team members to successfully deliver on projects.\n\nWork effectively and directly communicate with both internal and client and/or partner teams.\n\nDevelop full ownership of your execution on client engagements, you'll become involved in the project planning and solution stages of engagements as well.\n\nDesign and implement complex ETL/ELT pipelines with evidence of improved data processing times.\n\nSuccessfully lead small data warehousing projects with measurable performance enhancements under the management of an engagement lead.\n\nContribute to real-time data processing solutions and managed streaming data.\n\nImplement security and compliance measures for data pipelines.\n\nDesign and implement version control and branching strategies and integrate them into CI/CD for promoting and testing in higher environments.\n\nOur Ideal Candidate's Skills and Experiences:\nB.S. in Computer Science or equivalent\n\n3+ years' experience in data engineering and big data.
