Email Marketing Assets (40-45% of time)\nDesign weekly email campaigns: newsletters, promotional emails, automation flows(welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase)\n\nEnsure email assets are fully responsive across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)\nAdhere to Lovepop brand guidelines while optimizing for KPIs: Open Rate (OR), Click-through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR)\n\nCollaborate with the Email Marketing Specialist on A/B testing of thumbnails, subjectvisuals, and CTA designs\n\n2. Acquisition Marketing Creatives (35-40% of time)\nDesign ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (static + carousel + simplemotion)\n\nProduce multiple variations per campaign for A/B testing (5-10 versions/campaign)\nTrack performance data and iterate based on insights from the Performance Marketingteam\n\nMaintain regular creative refresh cycles to combat creative fatigue\n3. PDP & Storytelling Pages Support (10-15% of time)\nSupport design of Product Detail Page visuals and landing pages as needed\nCreate storytelling assets in partnership with Marketing and Content teams\n4.
