This role applies modern integration patterns and best practices to support retail and energy business domains, including omnichannel, supply chain, store, fuel, and customer experience platforms.\nThe position emphasizes MuleSoft expertise with exposure to additional iPaaS platforms such as SAP BTP and requires experience operating within product-based delivery models. The Developer III contributes to enterprise integration standards, automation, and AI-enabled development practices to enhance productivity and solution quality.\nJob Functions:\nDesign, develop, and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft, SAP BTP, AWS, and related platforms\nImplement secure, scalable, reusable integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards\nIntegrate enterprise systems including Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), SAP (ECC, S4, Ariba, SuccessFactors), and other core business platforms using standard adapters and custom integrations\nDevelop event-driven and streaming integration solutions utilizing platforms such as Kafka or other message brokers\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, observability, and reusable accelerators to improve delivery speed and reliability\nCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and system owners to define requirements and deliver practical, scalable technical solutions\nParticipate in Agile-Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives\nLeverage AI-enabled development tools to enhance productivity, including RAML generation, transformation mapping, automated testing, and monitoring\nExplore and implement AI-driven integration capabilities where appropriate to support business innovation\nExperience and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience \n4-8 years of professional experience in API and integration development\nExperience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions in retail and/or energy industry environments\nExperience working within Agile-Scrum and product operating models. \nDemonstrated experience contributing to digital transformation initiatives involving enterprise system connectivity\nCertified Developer (Level 1/2) or equivalent certification on a leading integration platform\nKnowledge of event streaming platforms such as Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or AWS Kinesis\nFamiliarity with cloud-native architectures including Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices \nExperience embedding AI/ML capabilities into integration workflows \nPrior involvement in enterprise AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives \nSkills and Physical Demands:\nAdvanced proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform; exposure to SAP BTP or other iPaaS tools. \nStrong proficiency in JSON, Java, XML, RAML, DataWeave, Groovy, and RESTful API design principles. \nExperience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ). \nWorking knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based integration patterns. \nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and DevOps practices. \nExperience implementing secure integration standards (e.g., authentication, authorization, API governance). \nExperience integrating with enterprise ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)\nStrong analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nCollaborative team orientation within cross-functional, product-based environments\nAdaptability in fast-paced, evolving technology landscapes\nContinuous learning mindset with interest in emerging integration and AI technologies \nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship\nOur Culture:\nFueling customers' journeys since 1964, innovation leads the way for this family-owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City.
