As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our high-performing collections team and are looking for ambitious individuals to join us.\nRequirements\nWe are looking for a driven and target-focused Credit Controller to join our fast-paced, high-energy team.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to build strong negotiation and communication skills.\nYou’ll manage your own portfolio of arrears accounts, working directly with business customers to recover outstanding balances and agree sustainable repayment solutions. You’ll be supported with structured training and clear performance expectations to help you succeed in the role.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts in arrears \nProactively contact customers via phone, email, and written communication\nNegotiate payment plans and drive successful debt recovery outcomes\nWork towards and exceed monthly collection targets\nAssess customer situations and apply effective collection strategies\nAccurately record all customer interactions and agreements\nEscalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriate\nEnsure full compliance with financial regulations and internal policies\nContribute to a high-performance, target-driven team culture\nAbout You\nExperience within the fintech or wider financial services sector, particularly in a lending, brokerage, or SME finance environment in a similar role\nTarget-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve results\nConfident communicator, comfortable handling challenging conversations\nResilient, motivated, and able to perform under pressure\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for ambitious, energetic individuals who enjoy working towards targets and being part of a high-performance team.
