This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Data, acting as a key bridge between teams to improve how we use data, systems, and financial insight to drive the business forward.\nYou’ll combine strong financial discipline with a hands-on approach to data and systems, helping us scale reporting, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and evolve budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes \nDeliver actionable insights on revenue performance, broker activity, and deal economics \nPartner with CCO to understand pipeline, conversion, and profitability drivers \nBuild robust financial models to support growth and funding strategy \nAct as the key link between Finance and Data teams \nDefine finance requirements for dashboards, reporting, and data models \nImprove visibility on key metrics (e.g., deal flow, commissions, lender performance) \nSupport development of scalable reporting via BI tools -
