这个角色属于把设计系统当作一门“活的手艺”而非一份清单的人--属于对AI如何让设计与开发变得更快、更智能、更有温度充满好奇心的人。你将加入上海团队，与产品经理、开发人员和业务团队紧密协作,把想法变为现实,并可以自由尝试Claude、Cursor等工具。

Role Overview

At CLO, great design doesn't just look good - it moves people. As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you'll shape the interfaces behind AI Studio and our growing suite of web-based tools, turning complex workflows into intuitive, delightful experiences for creators across fashion, film, and game development.

This is a role for someone who treats design systems as a living craft, not a checklist - and who's genuinely curious about how AI can make design and development faster, smarter, and more human. You'll join the Shanghai Office and work closely with PMs, developers, and business teams to bring ideas to life, with the freedom to experiment with tools like Claude and Cursor along the way.
