Noida HQ\n\nCompany Overview:\n\nSEW is the #1 Energy and Water AI Cloud SaaS Platform for Digital Customer Experience [CX], Field Workforce Experience [WX], and SmartAI [AI/ML] to hundreds of Global Energy & Utilities.\n\nSEW.AI Platform helps Energy & Utilities improve their digital customer service, operational efficiency, and maximize return on investments through the end-to-end platform leveraging mobile, AI, Machine Learning and Cloud technologies.\n\nSummary:\n\nWe are now looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high-quality culture.\n\nThis person will work closely with product engineers, solution engineering, and product quality team to innovate, build & deliver high quality SmartCX Platform for Energy and Utilities.\n\nA successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a passion to make an impact through her/his product vision, strategy and delivery.\n\nExperience:\n\nProduct & Techno-Functional Mindset:\n\n- A track record of shipping high quality Enterprise or SaaS products.\n\n- Understanding of industry trends, market proposition, and competitive benchmark.\n\n- Experience in web/mobile applications and interfaces with modern UX/UI patterns.\n\n- A techno functional mindset that allows you to solution the problem technically and functionally.\n\n- Experience in 3rd party integrations with understanding of technical concepts and architecture.\n\n- Advanced analytical, problem solving, research, and time management skills.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProduct Management & Product Development:\n\n- Manage the product throughout the product lifecycle, develop product roadmaps and feature solutions.\n\n- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.\n\n- Evaluate product configurations against existing business and system processes of the client.\n\n- Expertise in product documentation like business requirement document (BRD)/ system specification documents (SSD), prototypes, workflow diagrams, use case diagrams, stories etc.\n\n- Ability to understand and articulate end-to-end scenarios technically and functionally.\n\n- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution.\n\n- Define and analyze metrics for the success of products.\n\nStakeholder Management:\n\n- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand business needs to effectively deliver new product features as per customer needs.\n\n- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment and transparency.\n\n- Provide detailed walkthrough sessions of new product releases for sales, solution engineering and product engineering teams.\n\n- Assist Quality Management team to make sure deliverables are always at par with defined standards of Product.\n\nLeadership Competencies:\n\n- Accomplished team leader who demonstrates a flexible approach, aligns with organization and customer vision, and delivers high quality solutions.\n\n- Able to establish credibility based on experience and skill set.\n\n- Effective when communicating with technical and non-technical individuals to drive understanding and inspire innovation in the Platforms.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Min 7 - 15 years of hands-on technology product management experience with both web and mobile products with strong technical background.\n\n- Bachelor's or master's in computer science or related engineering branches.\n\n- Both Quantitative and Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills.\n\n- Work with cross internal and external engineering team with clear focus on customer/end user requirements with technology solutions.\n\n- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web / Mobile applications.\n\n- Good understanding of MS .NET, Java, Swift UI, Web, Mobile App technologies and Database Engineering.\n\n- Good understanding of product integration with Enterprise systems -
