The Copywriter creates world-class copy that is in the Lowe's brand voice with a demonstrated flexibility to write broad brand messages as well as promotional copy.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelops and writes clear, persuasive, and original content for digital, audio, print media, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.\nCollaborates with designers and other marketing teams to understand the project objectives, target audiences, and ensuring content aligns with the overall brand strategy and messaging.\nEdits and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.\nConducts research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content creation.\nOptimize content for SEO and other digital marketing best practices.\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and content strategies. Presents work to creative directors as part of daily creative review.\nMaintains a consistent brand voice across all content and communication channels.\nUtilizes ProofHQ to make edits and proofread and Workfront for job workload management.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree English or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable\n3 Years experience in advertising/marketing as a Copy Editor or Proofreader\nDemonstrated detail-orientation with a bias to accuracy\nStrong written and verbal communication skills including an expert of knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling and punctuation\nAbout Lowe’s\nLowe’s Companies, Inc.
