Minimum Qualifications\nHigh School diploma or GED and 3-5 Years of retail, operations, or fulfillment experience\n1-2 Years Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience coaching and training associates.\n1-2 Years Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n1-2 Years Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.\n1-2 Years Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nOperate tools and power equipment at heights 20+ feet (ladders, stairs, forklift, order picker, etc.)\nAbility to walk and stand continuously throughout all areas of a store 15k+ steps daily.\nBasic skills to use technology such as smartphone and other general computer equipment.\nAbility to look, listen and to communicate verbally with others.\nForklift Certification Obtaining certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker is required for this role.
